ATSA tracks proposed legislation in every U.S. state that has the potential to affect individuals who sexually offend and the professionals who provide treatment to those who have sexually offended or are at risk to do so. Many of the key bills we are following this year address practitioner certification requirements, registration reporting and residency requirements, and new classifications of crimes.
