    This years conference we look forward to welcoming returning ethics speaker Kim Keyes. As well as new speakers, Dr. Meghan Fagundes, owner of Positive Psychology Inc.  Erin Austin from the Colorado SOMB, and Brian Fuller, polygraph examiner and past FBI special agent. 

    Wednesday March 6th

    Morning: Ethics w/ Kim Keys, LCPC of Keys Counseling Solutions is a native Oregonian and has called Boise "home" since 2007. She completed her undergraduate degree in Music Therapy at Indiana University-Purdue University and therapy internships at River Oaks Psychiatric Hospital in New Orleans, LA and Atascadero State Hospital in Atascadero, CA and completed her Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Idaho State University. For 23 years she has counseled at-risk youth, corrections populations and individuals/families with substance use disorders.

    Afternoon: Brian Fuller, Polygraph Examiner.  Fuller Polygraph Service was founded by retired FBI Special Agent and Polygraph Examiner, Brian Fuller, who is a current federally certified polygraph examiner. During his tenure with the FBI, Brian operated within several investigative programs, including counterintelligence, domestic and international terrorism, violent crimes, Indian Country, complex white-collar crime, and more within the FBI jurisdiction. Fuller has conducted over 2,000 polygraph examinations and has provided quality control reviews on over 9,000 FBI-administered polygraph examinations. This training and expertise have taken him to every corner of the world, including the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Central America. Whereas non-federal, private polygraph examiners may have limited experience testing individuals, Fuller has tested, interviewed, and interrogated suspected spies, terrorists, homicide suspects, and other significant offenders, including individuals suspected in crimes against children, numerous times. The net results of this vast experience and knowledge base, detailed reports, and testimony has yielded a reputation for being credible and persuasive. Profession, Membership and Education. Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agent retired. FBI, Supervisory Senior Resident Agent (SSRA) State of Arizona Management of two FBI Resident Agencies and three FBI Task Forces. FBI, Regional Polygraph Program Manager Examinations included pre-employment, personnel security, criminal, witness security, and quality control. FBI, Primary Case Agent Federal Violent Crime Violations, White Collar Crime, Insurance Fraud, Indian Reservations Homicides and Assaults, and Threat to Life incidents.     Thursday March 7th

    Morning: Erin Austin Implementation Specialist, Colorado Office of Domestic Violence and Sex Offender Management

    Afternoon: Moderated Discussion Panel on Systems Integration Participants to include representation from sex offender treatment providers, polygraph examiners, psychosexual evaluators, IDOC, probation and parole, and more. 

    Friday March 8th All Day: Dr. Meghan Fagundes, Licensed Psychologist, Positive Psychology Inc. Presentation Abstract: Non-affirming therapeutic approaches have the potential to cause significant psychological harm to LGBTQIA+ clients, and even well-intentioned practitioners may be overlooking opportunities to create a more inclusive and affirming practice. Are there questions you have about working with LGBTQIA+ individuals that you have been afraid to ask, or are not sure where to find answers? This workshop will provide an opportunity for discussion and a basic overview for those looking to ensure the therapeutic environment is a safe place for their LGBTQIA+ client
